The free breakfast served at the hotel was nice and had a variety of options available. The hotel staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Additionally, the hotel was located in a great spot with plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
The room was quite small and cramped, especially for a family. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were too soft, leading to a poor night's sleep. The walls were also quite thin, and we could hear noises from the nearby rooms.

Recently Renovated and Comfortable Rooms sound insulation from the hallway would have been appreciated as we could hear guests entering and exiting their rooms and doors slamming loudly. The communal shower products in bottles with pumps were also a downside, as we prefer individual products. the hotel offered a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and we enjoyed the complementary cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby. The location was great, close to restaurants and stores. The indoor pool was a nice advantage, we enjoyed swimming with our kids.
The hotel felt outdated and dirty. The carpets in the hallways were stained and the bathroom in our room was not clean. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and the food seemed old. We were also concerned about the lack of COVID safety measures, with few signs and no enforcement of mask wearing. we would not recommend this hotel.
